HOW CAN I BE SAVED?

God is good and kind and wants us to have a relationship with Him. He provides a clear plan of salvation for us so that, through Jesus, we can be made right with God.

HEAR

Hear the Gospel of Christ

“So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.” Romans‬ ‭10‬:‭17‬

BELIEVE

Believe the Gospel of Christ

“I told you that you would die in your sins, for unless you believe that I am he you will die in your sins.”” ‭‭John‬ ‭8‬:‭24‬

“And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”” Acts‬ ‭16‬:‭31‬

REPENT

Repent of all sins

“No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.” Luke‬ ‭13‬:‭3‬

“The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent...” Acts‬ ‭17‬:‭30

CONFESS

Confess Christ as the Son of God

“So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven, but whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven.” Matthew‬ ‭10‬:‭32‬-‭33‬

“because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.” Romans‬ ‭10‬:‭9‬-‭10‬

BE BAPTIZED

Be baptized for the remission of sins

“And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.” Mark‬ ‭16‬:‭15‬-‭16

“And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭38

“Baptism, which corresponds to this, now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,” 1 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭21‬

BE FAITHFUL

Be faithful unto death

“Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and for ten days you will have tribulation. Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life.” Revelation‬ ‭2‬:‭10‬

"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."
